For you to be able tom kae doggy biscuit treats for fresh breath, you will need 2 and a half cups of whole wheat flour, half a cup of mint leaves, 2 cups of parsley, 2 teaspoons of baking soda, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, a cup of water, and two tablespoons of whole wheat oats.
To prepare, you need to preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius before you are going to make the mixture. Then mix your ingredients of parsley, mint, and vegetable oil in a bowl. Take another bowl and use it to mix oats, baking powder, and flour and fold the previous mixture on it. As you stir, gently add half a cup of water. You have to knead it and roll out the dough a centimeter thick and then use a cookie cutter and cut thee dough, place the cut dough into a tray lined with baking paper.
